Although quite a small development Ta’ Maria Court is certainly not lacking in imagination and luxury. What sets this development apart from other similar projects is the high level of finishing that is being applied to each unit. The most appealing features are the wooden beams found throughout the apartment give an authentic, rustic feel to the property. Rustic charm combined with modern comforts
Gozo is dotted with small developments similar to Ta’ Maria Court however very few have the attention to detail present in this project. Serviced with lift the common staircase is very wide with plenty of natural light emanating from the windows.

All six units have access to the south facing communal pool which is sufficient for the six units. With the sea never more than fifteen minutes away having a communal pool is not essential in Gozo.
